There are ONE TRILLION Web pages on the Internet’s World Wide Web and billions of people are looking through some of them every minute of every day; how on the earth are they going to find your ten or twenty pages? … and if they did, what good is the information on them if you can’t convince them to contact you?
Is the feeling in the pit of your stomach that you wasted, or about to waste, all this money and that your site is a total failure and your sales manager is asking why it isn’t producing any leads for his sales team?
Is it the fact that you or your web designer doesn’t know how to get your specific prospect to go to your site and then how to get them to begin listening to you to begin a relationship, that is not trying to slam them into something, to begin to trust you and then you can become their counselor and coach to get them what they need from listening to you. Not what you need from them? 90% of the sites out there, on the web, are built that way. It’s all about the company and the employees and the owner/owners. They sites don’t work to add new customers though. They are not built to add customers and therefore they FAIL. Unless all you care about is an ego trip for you and to let all your friends know that you spent thousands or hundreds of thousands to impress them. Get this … your new prospect doesn’t care about your success; he only cares about his success.
Is your site all about you? Is it all brags about how good you are? Would it hurt your feelings that your customer doesn’t give a rat’s a__ about you at all …he just wants to solve HIS problem. There could be a hundred companies that can provide the service to him … why should he pick you? Why, and I said, WHY ARE YOU DIFFERENT? From your customer’s perspective, “How can you help ME to solve MY problem, reduce MY frustration, help MY business, earn ME more money … getting the picture here? He couldn’t care less that you have new trucks, 20 Phd’s on your staff,  a brand new building with you standing in front of it with your employees and your Mercedes in the parking lot. HE DOESN’T CARE! He doesn’t care if you are rich and famous, give to the Children’s Hospital, know the mayor, or even have impressive clients . He is feeling pain and frustration or desires more money or ego and he is willing to pay to get it. That’s all. (PERIOD).

Are you ready for the truth? Can you handle the truth? Are you ready to through your ego in the trash and start looking at bringing in new prospects/customers, clients, investors, donators or whatever you need? I don’t mess around and I will be brutally honest with you but I will expect that you be honest with me; totally honest too. If you want ego, then please don’t even bother me; if you want more traffic to your site and your want to convert that traffic for your benefit to what ever action you want them to take, then we may be able to talk. I get results and sometimes clients get a little cranky around me because I push and push hard for you to ask some hard questions of yourself, your objectives  and your company’s but in doing that we get to the root of your success or your desired success. This isn’t easy and don’t listen to anyone if they say it is … they may have a nice bridge to sell you too. This is all work and it’s not done overnight. It will take months to get to roll out a campaign and there will be a lot of testing of the market and how you present your product or service. This is not magic; it’s science with art: the science is the research and the methodology that we will use to accomplish your objective; the art is the art of knowing exactly what your prospect wants or desires and getting them to choose you over any other supplier.
